DOMESTIC (PORTUGAL) - 4€

All domestic orders can be shipped via CTT Mail with delivery confirmation for the flat rate of 4€. Standard delivery time is 1-3 business days from date shipped, but may take longer. Most domestic orders are received within 1 week of purchase.

EUROPE - 9€

All European orders are shipped via CTT Mail with delivery confirmation for the flat rate of 9€. Standard delivery time is 3-5 business days from date shipped, but may take longer. If your country is not a member of the European Union please note that you are responsible for all customs charges, and there might be some delays due to customs processing.

 

REST OF THE WORLD - 16€

Worldwide orders are shipped via CTT Mail with delivery confirmation for the flat rate of 16€. Standard delivery time is 5-10 business days from date shipped, but may take longer. Please note that you are responsible for all customs charges, and there might be some delays due to customs processing.

 

ORDER TRACKING

After cleared payment you'll receive a confirmation email with the tracking code, and can track your package at the CTT Mail here.


RETURN POLICY

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you can return your goods, no questions asked, provided we get them back within 15 days of order receipt and in sellable condition:

All goods/products are at the responsibility of the customer until they have been delivered to us.
We reserve the right to refuse a return if we deem it to be in an unsuitable condition and the items may be returned to you at your own cost.

 

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN

Send us an email to info@lonerebel.pt with the subject "RETURN ORDER #" and the respective order ID. We will provide with the return address.

 

NOTIFICATIONS AND REFUNDS

We will contact you by email once your return has arrived and your refund has been processed. Please allow up to 5 business days for the funds to be available again in your bank account.We will refund original shipping costs in the event of an error or faulty product, but we will not refund shipping costs if you are returning an item for other reasons, such as an item not fitting. Import taxes and duties will not be refunded.
