Our processing and dispatching services are currently affected by COVID-19, so there will be a delay to orders being processed and dispatched.
The World Health Organisation have also advised that you are safe to receive packages that are moving from country to country: "The likelihood of an infected person contaminating commercial goods is low and the risk of catching the virus that causes COVID-19 from a package that has been moved, travelled, and exposed to different conditions and temperature is also low."
Due to COVID-19, your government will be taking steps to ensure the health and safety of your country. Because of this, your local postal courier may be facing some delays with delivering packages, or there may be additional steps in place to ensure contact is limited.
We would advise to check with your country's local delivery courier on how to retrieve or redeliver your package.
